| no partners | | Began trip on Saturday, hiked to just past creek crossing #4. Very easy hike, took almost 3 hours in, however, stopped at several swimming pools, explored the area. On the way in, kept close to the creek and actually took the horse trail for the first part of the hike, bypassing the creek crossing #1.
First night, heavy rain turned to a mini flash flood, had to pack camp and head to higher ground and wait out the storm. Next day was beautiful and sunny, hiked back to original site and stayed the night.
HIked out on Monday, made it back in 2 hours, easy hike not a lot of elevation issues. |
