Haven't been down this way for about 15 years. I saw that there was a petroglyph panel in another triplog, so I needed to take a look. This is a very impressive petro and picto site. There are hundreds more I didn't post. The trail, both down and up, really gets the heart pumping. 1/2 hour down (.7 miles) and 80 minutes up the 700 feet. I must look pathetic--stopping to pant regularly! The hiking poles seem to be a staple for me now. The thunderstorms held off, and I only got 5 mosquito bites!
