The House of Fuenmayor (Spanish: Casa de Fuenmayor) is a Spanish noble house originating from the Crown of Castile, dating back to the 13th century. Its name comes from the town of Fuenmayor, located in the autonomous community of La Rioja.
Fuenmayor is one of the most important wine-producing villages in the whole of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin (D.O.C. Rioja). At the end of the 18th Century the Castilian Royal Economic Society of Rioja Harvesters, better known as the Royal Board of Harvesters (Real Junta de Cosecheros) was founded here; in a certain sense, the embryo of the current Regulating Council of the Designation.
