The Perry Canyon Trail above Brigham City goes by that white Rock. In fact, it's called White Rock Trail. The rock stands out from I-15. It is near Facer Creek below Grizzy Peak on the HAZ topo map. It is called White Rock.

And as you may know by now, I love my Willard. Willard Peak is the highest peak in Weber County, and generally considered the northernmost peak in the Wasatch Mountains (with the next section being the Wellsville Range). I think the right peak might be Willard Fin. Willard Bay is behind me as it is on the eastern edge of the Bear River Migratory Refuge.
