A trip up to the arboretum on the first day of spring. First time there for Cindy. This was part of a weekend that included camping at Oak Flat east of Superior and hiking up Picket Post Mountain. The wildflowers were putting on quite a show, and of course the arboretum plant collection is always a delight.

We joined the 11 AM docent guided wildflower tour, then afterward walked the entire loop a second time for photos, etc. It was cool wandering around at the base of Picket Post, knowing we would climb it the next day (also first time for Cindy).
