| no partners | | | This has been in the back of my mind for a while. With the Schultz Fire Closure and Elden out of the picture, I had good reason to hike it since I had relatively limited time today. It was a neat little hike. Good views and a pretty area. It might be a little more enjoyable in monsoon season when all the flowers on the hills are blooming, but it was still great. I was surprised to find a stream flowing out of the hills. I had crossed the little valley further up, so it must be coming from a pretty good spring. Worth a look if in the area. |
