Well, I think the winter snowshoe season is over, it is for me anyway. Conditions are changing over to spring and the wind is back, with a vengeance. Rocks are emerging from the bomber wreck and there is a lot of melting taking place. Since I didn't get the chance to climb up out of the cirque on Monday, I dropped off the rim by about 30 feet or so and climbed back up. It was nice. If the Inner Basin approach wasn't so long it would be a fun way to summit. It wasn't the nicest day on the Peaks, but it was a good one to end the season on.
