Beautiful sunny day but absolutely nasty relentless wind that only seemed to worsen as the day went on but what can you expect on barren hills with little to no standing trees.
Shared the mountain with a herd of mule deer doe’s and also came across a elk cow and calf galloping across the basin.
Hiked up and down to the spot I liked twice so I could get some temporary refuge in my truck and refueled down below before an attempt at sunset photos.
