Nice hike in what I thought was Pass Mountain trail but turned out to be just East of that ( gps link http://maps.google.com/?t=p&z=15&ll=33. ... bf29a9b85e ) We started at terminus of Meridian road and went up to the saddle then looped around and came over the next peak and back down. Was a nice day trip. The hike up to the saddle though was very rocky and steep but the descent was great and on the north face we saw a lot of wildlife including hatchling horned toad, tarantula, butterflies and lots of various flowers blooming.
