I wanted to hike in the Supes today but needed a little more sleep after the long hike yesterday. The cloud cover and breeze made this midday hike pretty easy. I found some balloons on the trail and tied them to my pack for fun. I scrambled up to a shallow cave that turned out to be not much to look at. A nice hike to loosen up the legs. The forest service was welding up steel pipe around the trailhead.
