| no partners | | Probably the most popular hike in Utah, since it is visited by the many students and visitors who come to BYU. It's a great one for kids too. Today our group of 25 (family reunion) encountered about 3 other large groups of summer camp kids on their way down. We took the lower road to the bottom of the Y, so subtracted a bit of distance. I've never actually hiked the upper road. The elevation gain is not so great that you can't sit on the Y and see different locations in Utah Valley, such as your house, if you live there, or better yet: the location of the ice cream shop where you will get the kids a treat after returning. |
