Some of the previous posted pictures for this hike were so impressive that I put this hike on my wish list; I also like getting off trail for some good scenery. My camera was on the fritz though, so I don't know if my pictures will be worth posting. This was also a chance for me to try out my new GPS unit. I'll post the pics and track later. The weather was great and we enjoyed the day. At the last ridge top I was surprised to be able to hear country music wafting up from Tortilla Flat.
