Darn long ride to get to this one - 13.4 miles off-road after you drive all the way south and then west past Casa Grande. Make sure you have a high-clearance vehicle. The smuggling warning sign (see my pix) was a little unnerving. Me and my buddy had only 1 gun between us. The place was deserted and hadn't been visited since July according to the trail log. The half-brown, half-black rocks from the volcanic activity were pretty cool to see. Overall, I don't think this one was worth the long drive. Heading to the Supes instead.
