Randomly woke up this morning feeling that I had been too sedentary this weekend. It was relatively cool and somewhat cloudy, so I decided to go for it.
Ever heard the description of big cities like NY or Chicago as "concrete canyons"? So my impression of this hike is "concrete peak". I've seen sidewalks with less concrete than this hike! Oh well, nice day, a little too humid, and too sunny by the time I got up there. But nice to cross it off the list. Certainly not anything exciting when you compare it to the other places in this state that I'd rather be exploring. But I probably shouldn't have waited so long to bag it. |
