finally got out to kayak for a couple hours this morning
not quite the experience i wanted to show my visitor, but still fun to be on the water
saw herons, some pelican-looking birds, and ducks
watched the rowers and stand-up paddleboarders - i'd like to try that sometime but not on tempe town lake - too much trash and debris
