after it rained on friday, and on saturday morning, we headed out to douglas spring trailhead to see if we could see a good flow in bridal wreath falls. our answer: no. there was hardly a trickle. i've never seen it so dry. the trails were nice and moist without being muddy, though. i had never gone out on the series of trails that we hiked back; it was a nice change of pace to do this as a loop.
