I went up to Sedona to check on the Brins Fire. It was laying pretty low in the early morning so I headed up to Flagstaff. Among other things wound up here cause I've never had the privilege. Only went in a half mile. It's definitely a cool area with a different feel than the Humphries Trail.
Headed back towards Munds and ended up getting interviewed by Bruce Dunbar. He said it'd be on the 5 o'clock news segment, which it was. It was interesting to see how they dissect the interviews and piece together a story. Third time on tv. First was the 12news morning show that helped jump start HAZ in 87/88? Then with the 3tv weather guy Brad following me up Squaw Peak in a penguin suit many summers ago.
Had some great photo ops today but none came out very good due to a careless camera setting mistake.  |
