From there we headed toward the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, where we hiked the Warner Point Trail, short but scenic. The canyon itself is narrow and deep (2,722'), and contains the tallest sheer face in Colorado, the Painted Wall, at 2,250' vertical.
