| partners | | We knew that the running event of 50k/50miles was going on, so we decided if it was safe for them it would be safe for us to try our loop. We parked at a trailhead and got all saddled up and then looked for a Sunset Trail sign, we asked the guy making PB&J sandwiches for assistance. He suggested we drive down the road and park at the Sunset Trailhead. 
We then parked at Sunset and found the trailhead! 
The trail was marked well for the 75 runners, but we didn't come across any until we got near the Hart/Sunset intersection. Maybe we saw at most a dozen runners, and of those dozen, we saw three in two different areas. One guy was chatty, he said they were just doing the Fun Run (only the 50k). We saw a couple of mountain bikers and only saw two other hikers on areas other than the Lookout Trail.
