Great weather for a hike in the Pinals. We started from the Icehouse CCC and hiked up on the Kellner Canyon Trail then down the Icehouse Trail. Great for solitude as we saw no others on the trails or even on 651 while hiking the road piece. One thing I have noticed over the years is that the cattle are slowly taking over these trails which is kind of a shame. We saw 5 on Kellner and 2 on Icehouse. Some fallen trees on both trails but nothing too bad. In about 3 or 4 weeks the colors should be blazing.
