This is the first time i have been out this way. Beautiful. It was a good hike with more bolder hoping than I would have preferred. The start of the trail is a nice burner up the hill but it evens out and gives some great views of the adventure ahead. I want to come back and explore more of the canyon. The way back was boulders every step of the way. We thought we were making good time until the canyon denied us. There are some parts that are make your own way when it is not obvious or cairned. My feet and ankles hurt after this one. We did see three separate tarantulas so that was pretty worth while.
