my mom wanted to know exactly what a chuckwalla is, so i thought i would see if i could find some this afternoon
up geronimo, east on national, down mormon
usually see very few people on geronimo, but had to pass a herd of cub scouts along the way
one traffic jam at a tree full of bees
i think they all turned around and went back down
not many people on either national or mormon, which was a pleasant surprise for a saturday afternoon
saw five chuckwallas along national, got pictures of four
of course i didn't get a picture of the best one, a huge one with a bright orange tail
