| no partners | | | Was up in Kanab for a family reunion over the 4th. My brother in law suggested this trail. We rode quads most of the way from the trailhead off Hwy 89 to the slot canyon. The slot was cool, with logs and chockstones lodged in the walls above. Beautiful and lots of solitude (we saw no one else on the hike). We caught a small snake in the slot. On the way back, we enjoyed playing on the sand dunes. I'll try to post some photos later. |
