The Norby's invited us on some climbing practice in the Catalinas as part of a canyoneering loop down Sycamore Creek and then back up Rose Canyon. Early in the loop we stopped off in Munchkinland for the climbing and did some of the easier climbs on the wall...Ding Dong, New Munchkinland, New Chimney Route, and attempted Dark Side of Oz (Joel was the only one who conquered this climb). After relaxing at the wall we headed down Sycamore Canyon and traversed a nice rocky section of pools before heading back to the TH. Great area....can't beat the Catalinas
