To be fair the Oak Spring area and Bradshaw Meadow/Tank back to Pine TH were nice areas. With the maples around Oak Spring might be nice to check out in the fall. However, we knew going in this would not be one of the best AZT sections so not a big surprise. The power line section is interesting in that it's probably the straightest section on the whole AZT. We also did this as an out and back so we got a double dose. In retrospect we could have done Whiterock Mesa #25 along with Hardscrabble as a through hike maybe staying at LF Ranch. Overall a good day of hiking and best part was we finished the day at That Brewery in Pine for burgers and beer...yum
