This hike is the only real hike I've gotten in, however. Went with my dad up to the Kachina Trail, but using the social trail from Freidlein Prairie Tank as the access point. According to the GPS, the social trail is just over a mile long and gains about 900 feet. Lots of golden aspens all along Kachina. Spent a lot of time gawking and taking photos. Best fall color hike I've had in years! We had Mama Burger after the hike as to cap it off proper. |
