This is a beast of a hike, whether if done as an overnighter, and especially if done as a day hike. Took 2 hours 45 minutes to get to the LCR, where we rested for an hour and cooled off in the water. Took 4 hours to climb out on very tired/sore legs & feet. I don't think I'll do this as a day hike again, but this multi-day route looks awesome:

I definitely echo everyone else's comments that only experienced hikers & backpackers should attempt this. Luckily, my group met this criteria!
