A nice loop out at Spur Cross, a little warm.

Parts of 247 are unbelievably eroded - I guess from all the storms. One section of trail is a 4-5 foot deep trench below the sides :o

Near the concrete trough along 247 there used to be a windmill but it's gone now. I might have found an old piece of it a short way down the creek.

There were a lot of people at the trailhead but once in the Tonto NF we only saw 1 person.
