I set out to check out a wash I've been meaning to check out for several years. I started up it, but diverted onto the right bank. I thought maybe I should *be* in the wash, but then figured I could always walk directly up it next time, then maybe the left bank some other time. Good thing I did because I found a really cool treasure: A 50+ year old Russ Lyon sign. (I know it is old, because the first two "numbers" of the phone number are actually letters.) :y:

I brought it home, and will at some point clean it up -- some, not too much

-- then hang it on a wall.
