| no partners | | I hiked Trail #25 Lookout Mountain Connector in its entirety today! I've hiked Lookout for years and have known about this connector trail but have never done it. It's been here a long time, but probably doesn't see much traffic. In its entirety anyways. I'm guessing it was built to serve Pointe Resort guests a walking path to the mountain. Since then, golf courses and homes have been built. The trail can be hard to find in some places, so just stick to the cart path on the course. This is a nice trail, though, not too difficult, just a little route-finding is all. This is a good trail if you want to hike Lookout Mountain and add some distance to your hike!  |
