First hike below the rim in 2015! (Jan 1st woke us up with snow and we headed west on the rim trail for photos. He had to go to work after so naturally I went into the Canyon)

Microspiked all the way to IG! Snowing lightly. Camelbak froze! Beer @ bunkhouse with a friend.

Canyon full of snow and clouds until 4pm.
At one moment the sun broke through the clouds as they began to part on the north side...the sin spotlighted Isis. I was in heaven.

This desert hippy is liking the snow and taking full advantage of it!!

Happy and safe hiking in 2015 all!
