| no partners | | The second major dense fog event in less than three weeks made me decide to go out in the neighborhood for some photos once it started to lift/burn off. It took awhile, not noticeably improving until after 10 am. After a stop at a vantage point at a nearby park, I drove over to the Sarasota Trailhead by Tucson Estates to check things out. The upper portions of Cat and Little Cat were still mostly shrouded in the low cloud deck as I wandered along the Starr Pass Trail. By the time I had finished the hiking and started the drive home the sun was out and the sky had transitioned to partly cloudy. The significant rainfall from the just ended storm had water seeping and running all over the place, so this was a pleasant sight to see.  |
