| no partners | | | I was feeling a bit under the weather, but it was so nice outside that I couldn't waste it. Decided to do a fairly easy one today with my girlfriend. Started from the 40th St and Shea TH around 3:30pm. Parking lot was still pretty full. We took LV Yates to trail 100, then connected to 1A a couple miles down, then back to LV Yates and back to the TH. It was mostly a very nice stroll, and the weather was beautiful. Very quiet out there. Some mountain bikers on 100, but hardly anyone on 8 or 1A. Getting outside and getting some fresh air actually made me feel much better afterwards. |

Wildflowers Observation Light
The middle section of LV Yates is blanketed in flowers, some of them already blooming. Some parts of 1A had some good coverage. Not much along trail 100. |
