| partners | | Unfortunately our time in the White Mountains had run out. We would have to make the long drive back home to work and the heat and all of that we'd come here to escape. But there was still a bit of time before the inevitable. Mary Jo elected to stay at the cabin and pack. Angela and Kelly wanted one little hike to stretch their legs after the previous day's adventure on Baldy. I wanted to do some exploring of the local environs, so I dropped off Kelly and Angela at Auger Canyon. After touring the teaming twin metroplises, or is it metroploi, of Nutrioso and Alpine.
Went to pick up Kelly and Angela. The waterfall along the Auger Canyon hike was actually pretty close to our designated pick up point so they guided me over to it for a quick look see. Cute little fall. I liked it. Was running nicely courtesy of all the recent rain. |
