Driving from Taos to Espanola last Wednesday along the scenic stretch of Highway 68 that runs along the Rio Grande River, I spotted so many rafts out on the water that I had to stop for some photos. Figured that Elizabeth would enjoy these. ;)

Doing a little research, this stretch that runs from about Pilar down to near Rinconada/Embudo is known as the Racecourse. Prime season is April to June when the flow is stronger. It wasn't exactly a racecourse on this day. :lol: Looks like good family fun though.
