| no partners | | Monkey See, Monkey Do! Lee had asked if I wanted to do this one with him on Saturday earlier this week. Unfortunately I had some Real Estate work to take care of so couldn't go. I told him I could do it Sunday. He said "do you seriously want to do it Sunday?" I said don't change your plans on my account.
Then today came along. I am a tad under the weather and woke up at 8:00am which is a couple hours late for me. Then it started raining hard outside. I was thinking about going to massacre falls and about that time the sun came out. Ah what the heck maybe I will do 5057 from Lost Dutchman. Anyway I finally got going a little before 11am.
Heading up towards Flatiron I got some bad news. Someone at the Chandler Restaurant was a no call no show. I almost turned back and went to fill in. Then up on the deck by the Flatiron I made a few calls and got it covered. Back on track I made may way across the ridgeline. The cross wind was so strong at times I thought I was going to blow off. 
3 hours and 14 minutes later I was sitting on top of 5057. Took a short breather and headed back. On the return I hit 5024 and then down the chute I went.
This one is butt kicker but I love it! |
