Too much work and no play makes John a dull boy. I needed to get out and enjoy myself and Wrightson was calling my name. I was on South Mountain last night when I got a text from Lee wondering what I was doing today. After a couple exchanges he was in for the journey.

Little did I know it we were in for such a treat from mother nature. We had weather in the mid 70's to low 80's the whole hike. At the summit we got a light sprinkle and that was it until we drove away.

On the way home we made a quick taco stop in south Tucson at BK's. Always good stuff there as they cook over Mesquite. The trip home wouldn't be complete without the mandatory stop at DQ for a couple Cherry Dipped Nitrate Cones. Solid day for sure!
