Canyon Lake was a wonderland yesterday! A once in a lifetime experience.. Waterfalls were everywhere. Every nook and cranny had clean clear water running down it. The major drainages like La Barge, First Water, and Fish Creek were more like rivers then creeks! The lake is brown from all the runoff. Seeing this much running water typically requires heading out in an actual rainstorm. Experiencing it on a nice sunny day was a treat. The desert is a thriving oasis right now!
