Today is my moms birthday and these photos were her gift. They were taken this morning. It may not seem like much but to her it meant the world. She loves the Salt River Wild Horses. I've been trying to get some nice water images for the last two years and today all of my hard work finally paid off. Four hours of humid bushwhack hiking later and there they finally were. Just beautifully hanging out along the shore. I just about fell over dead when I saw them. Finding these horses while hiking is almost mission impossible. It was a dream come true and the shooting conditions were perfect. I really did not want to come back empty handed. She would have commended my effort either way. This truly made her day and it made my summer. Really cool.
