| no partners | | Went on a butterfly hike sponsored by CAZBA. We met in fountain hills. It was a small group. We carpooled to round valley, sycamore canyon area first. Then went on to old beeline hwy in sunflower area. Hike lead by Dr. Rutowski, a lepidopterist. There is also a entomologist as well as an expert on plants in that small group. I learned so much  it was worth it for me as I switched my call with a colleague just to attend this hike.
Saw lots of butterflies too. I plan to go to their future hikes as many as I can.
My point and shoot camera is in the shop. I got a second camera because of this hike. My first dslr. Slight frustration because I am new to it but was pleased with it's performance. I am keeping it.  |
