Drove up from Phoenix early AM to secure a campsite in Sedona for the family for the evening. Took the dog for a hike while we awaiting a walk-up site to be available and for the family to arrive.

As is often the case at West Form #108-- the trek becomes much more a combination of wandering and enjoying the sheer beauty of the place than actually following the set trail. West Fork never disappoints and getting there at 7AM certainly helped make for a much thinner crowd.
