Busy day on the Siphon Draw this morning. Watched a herd of 10 Big Horn cross the trail just above the bowl. Biggest group Ive seen at one time. Mountain was tough today. 92 mins up, 55 down. Came across a hiker just above the wall who had started at 3am in order to be up there before sunrise.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
