Took my son out to do Flatiron. Our plan was to get up top before fireworks shows got started. Several venues were set for the one day early festivities. We started at 6:45pm and made Flatiron in 2 hours. We watched several shows across the valley including some private booms and blasts. Stuck around for an hour before starting back down. Two hours going down.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
