The longer days are back for the next 5 months or so. On the trail at 4:40 this morning. Hiked by headlamp until 5:15. Up to Flatiron in 77m30s. 2 minute break taking photos of a herd of 5 desert big horns. Cool sighting...I even got to watch a couple of them knock heads...could hear it too. 47m30s on the descent.

This is my gym. I have to travel down a bumpy road to get there. There are no treadmillls, no machines, and no personal trainers. I walk..I run..I breathe the fresh air. I can go any time I want, as much as I want and there is no membership fee.
