Our first Saturday Series caught nasty weather this month. 10 of the 23 hikers cancelled... but the ones that did the drive over got to enjoy a very odd environment for this all weather trail hike. I'll reschedule the planned Deadman Adventure to another month in this Series. Oddly, most of the group had never done this trail! So, the day worked out well. With visibility often down to less than 50 feet there was a very eerie feel to most of the trail. Fortunately, the fog broke briefly just as the hikers gathered up on the highpoint bellow the Eyebrow... they did get to glimpse some of the towering cliffs.

All in all... a good outing! This trail is good even in pouring rain... rare for our area.
