| no partners | | I had a couple of hours to kill before meeting some friends at Tortilla Flat so I parked along a stretch of the old abandoned Apache Trail and searched for wildflowers. I met three guys at the old bridge abutment who were heading up and over to Tortilla Creek for a day-hike, wished them well and began my search.
As with previous wildflower searches this year, it seems to be just a bit early in most spots, the flowers are out and blooming, there just aren't enough of them. I guess I'm just relying on locations where I've had pretty good luck in the past. |
