Despite what some others might think, I have always liked this lake. I managed a pleasant and leisurely pre-nap stroll around the circumference while taking too many photos. Seems like the water level could be a couple of feet higher which would extend the two forks a bit. Saw a bald eagle, but couldn't get a photo. Plenty of other birds out enjoying the day too.
