We took the South Kaibab trail to the Bright Angel campground, and we turned back north to Indian Garden then up to the Bright Angel trailhead.

Beautiful conditions in the Grand Canyon this last weekend. About 32deg at the trailhead and 65 at the canyon floor. South Kaibab is completely clear of snow/ice, but there is some slush/snow/ice for about a mile from the Bright Angel trailhead.

18.3 miles . . . not sure what I did wrong with the posting.
