Finally got around to the basin side from the peak. Was looking forward to this one. My longest one day hike so far and it was a good challenge! So much diversity and beauty. Good amount of snow still and a few sketch sections (yeah I’m afraid of heights haha) on upper Weatherford. I had a hard time enjoying the last few miles but a great hike- I’ll go in reverse next time. I really appreciate this site/app and all the people that post their hikes. It’s inspired me to get out there and hike:)
