30-32 degrees all day in Payson. Cloudy with 5-10 mph winds. Snowed on and off all night and day. Trail conditions at Gila County TH on the south side of Payson were snowy and under the snow was mud. Very cold especially with no sun. Hiking was very difficult. Running water everywhere. No animals seen except a crow. Rabbit droppings in the sheltered areas under trees.
